Dear Mrs. Moen,

I have always loved art. It has been one of the most important things in my life and through this quarantine it has helped me so much. Although, once I got into high school I had stopped drawing and painting because of how stressful school had become. I had no time to do the things I loved. I just want to thank you for relighting my fire. I look up to you so much as a person, and as a teacher. I appreciate everything you do and you have such a warm soul that I admire so much. Everyday I go into art class it just brings me so much happiness because I get to do something I love. I hope to one day pursue a career in art so that I can continue to do the things I love.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Mrs. Moen! Have a great break and stay safe!!

You are my Hero!

Sincerely, Natalie Almendarez
